Simon is a highly experienced property professional with a background spanning investment acquisition and disposals at Allsop, project leadership on an overseas development exceeding $1bn, and roles as both principal lender and developer in the UK. Simon acts for, and advises, clients on all aspects of finance, planning and construction.
He also heads up the growing Pilcher Capital Partners, the private client arm of Pilcher Group where he works with clients in all areas of real estate investment and management including equity and debt funding, business structuring, strategy and expansion.
Ross has nearly 20 years of experience in the investment and asset management sector. Having started his career at Pricewaterhousecoopers in Transaction Services, advising Europe’s largest private equity firms, he later joined Octopus Investments as a fund manager with responsibility for c.£500m to deploy with a low risk mandate. Investments he managed included providing lines of credit to a wide range of asset backed businesses including one of the UK’s largest property bridge lenders. Before joining Pilcher Group, he worked with several German real estate managers raising £400m of institutional debt capital and private capital in pre-IPO rounds.
Martin is a qualified IFA with 25 years in the wealth advisory space more recently specialising in property finance for SME businesses. He assists private and corporate clients, tailoring the advice dependent upon their specific requirements.
Martin specialises in advising land owners, property developers and property portfolio principals with regards to funding options and the various funding structures available to them.
Mark is qualified Director and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In his career Mark has delivered over £2 billion in project GDV ranging from 1500+ unit tower developments for local authorities, to luxury Mews schemes in prime central London. Mark’s property career began with Countryside in 1988, later working for other blue-chip businesses such as McCarthy & Stone and Crest Homes in roles including senior surveyor, land acquirer and project leader. Mark’s most recent role was a divisional director of Galliford Try Plc where he oversaw the delivery of over 2,500 homes.

Robert has over 45 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has built over 3500 homes and over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial property.
JOHN PILCHER
John has over 45 years of experience in the real estate sector having built and sold a multi-disciplinary Surveying practice in Kent. John is an entrepreneur, investing in property and people, and has an international network of investors and associates within the Real Estate industry.
INGEMAR WALL
Ingemar has over 35 years of experience in liability management. Ingemar specialises in Macro Economics and his company continues to advise clients with AUM of £5bn.
FELICITY BEASLEY
Felicity has 15 years of experience in private equity real estate. Felicity started her career at Cushman & Wakefield qualifying as a chartered surveyor, she has since held senior positions in high profile investment management businesses including Rockspring (now Patrizia) and CBRE Global Investors. Felicity has extensive experience of product development and structuring across real estate equity and debt at both fund and asset level. She has advised over £2bn of capital from institutional clients into a variety of different structures and strategies. Felicity is a Director on the board of the Investment Property Forum “IPF”.
